Is optimisation right for my business?

If you have a fleet of five vehicles or more and currently produce plans manually, then FleetWizard will produce plans involving fewer road miles and produce these far quicker.

Is FleetWizard installed on my server(s) or externally hosted?

Either option is available. We can work with you to advise or implement as appropriate.

What’s involved in the implementation process?

We agree the process, timescale and support requirements at the start of the project, combining our experience with the customer’s situation and needs. The scale of implementation varies depending on the scope of the system. In some circumstances, a compressed timescale is achievable which allows the benefits of the system to be enjoyed quicker.

What training and support will I get?

Our software is designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use and is customised to reflect existing business processes which makes training smoother. Before go-live we agree training requirements then carry these out to a convenient timescale until users are comfortable and ready and provide you with relevant documentation for future training requirements. After go-live we support all our customers as required as part of our service.

Can FleetWizard integrate with other software?

We have extensive experience of integrating our software with EDI such as Tradacoms, EDIINT, EDIFACT, XML including SAP and bespoke EDI, TomTom, plus pallet networks, Sage and other accounts software, ERP systems, sales order processing software, warehouse systems and tracking and telematics systems. We’d be comfortable integrating FleetWizard with any other software.
