Is FW Lite scalable to support my growth?
Yes, we can easily uprage you from 11 to 30+ vehicles
Are there any other TMS costs besides the TMS license or subscription?
We have no hidden costs
CORAS-Is optimisation right for my business?
If you have a fleet of five vehicles or more and currently produce plans manually, then CORAS, CORAS MOJO or CORAS EMMA will produce plans involving fewer road miles and produce these far quicker.
Are FleetWizard products installed on my server(s) or externally hosted?
With FW Lite, our cloud-based transport management system, the price includes our hosting. The CORAS planning tool is run from your desktop with the hosting of data and all its benefits included in the price. For FW TMS either option is available. We can work with you to advise or implement as appropriate.
What’s involved in the implementation process?
FW Lite, our cloud-based transport management system, and the CORAS planning tool are available out of the box and you can be up and running within a week. We can book the training slot then you are ready to go. Ensuring staff have a full understanding of the system from the outset. This will enable your business to keep pace with the system as new updates and features are introduced.
For FW TMS we agree the process, timescale, and support requirements at the start of the project, combining our experience with the customer’s situation and needs. The scale of implementation varies depending on the scope of the system but should be with 3 months.
What training and support will I get?
Our software is designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use and is customised to reflect existing business processes which makes training smoother. Before go-live we agree training requirements then carry these out to a convenient timescale until users are comfortable and ready and provide you with relevant documentation for future training requirements. After go-live we support all our customers as required as part of our service.
Can FleetWizard integrate with other software?
We have extensive experience of integrating our software with most of the accounts packages, Xero, Sage and Quickbooks to name a few, along with partnerships with major telematics systems such as Samsara and NavMan and ERP such as Cloudfy. We would be comfortable integrating FleetWizard with any other software.
